Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and actionable insights to senior management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, leveraging findings to inform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, and product development teams to align efforts and optimize processes.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions to equip team members with product knowledge and sales techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and relationship-building.
