FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

**Primary purpose of job**
To assist in the provision of Catering Services at Dukhan, direct the work of assigned employees including Contractor staff

engaged in the preparation, serving of food and beverages within the Restaurants. Ensures that all food items are prepared

in accordance with approved menus to QATARENERGY quantity and quality food service standards and to Ensure

Contractor's Staff Adherence with Food safety and Hygiene Standards

**Experience & Skills**
Minimum 5 years experience in International Hotels or experience in industrial mass facilities and catering for private

functions.

**Education**
- 2-3 years diploma course in Hotel Management and Catering technology. Incumbent should speak and write English and

preferably Arabic. Must be a computer literate.
