We are currently hiring **Procurement Executive** ( Young and multi language speaking with International procurement experience 2 years) with immediate Visa Transfer & NOC.

As a Procurement Executive in a **Printing, Advertising, and Fitout **company with international procurement experience, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, services, and equipment required for various projects and operations. Your role involves managing procurement activities efficiently, ensuring compliance with international standards, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.

**Able to do the following Duties:

- **
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for printing materials, advertising supplies, and fitout components, considering international market dynamics and supplier capabilities
- Identify potential suppliers globally, assess their capabilities, and establish relationships to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
- Manage relationships with international and local suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements to achieve favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans aligned with project timelines and objectives.
- Execute procurement activities, including issuing RFQs, evaluating bids, and selecting suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions meet company requirements and international procurement standards.
- Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, including delivery schedules and quality specifications.
- Coordinate international logistics and shipping activities for imported materials and equipment, managing customs clearance, freight forwarding, and delivery arrangements.
- Optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, to minimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve overall procurement efficiency.
- Establish quality assurance processes and standards for procured materials and products, ensuring compliance with international quality certifications and industry regulations.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming shipments, verifying conformity to specifications and addressing non-conformities promptly.
- Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and currency fluctuations to optimize procurement costs and maximize value for the company.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses, monitoring variances, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project teams, finance, and legal departments, to align procurement activities with business objectives and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and audit requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- International sales experience and proficiency in multiple languages.
