Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times, Is familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests,Rooms the guest in accordance with hotel standards,Provides information to guests about the hotel facilities and services,Assist guests checking in or out with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries,Monitor cleanliness of public facilities such as rest rooms, pool area, entrances, Stock with supplies as needed,Ensure that the Bell Desk is attended at all times,Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome,Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding location specific,features and services,Coordinates with Guest Services staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests, Must be flexible to work.
- Shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must have basic English skills.
- Must have computer skills.

**- Arabic language is mandatory.**
- Must be able to move lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 80 pounds.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, Have minimum knowledge of Computer skills.

EducationTypically, a job would require a certain level of education.
