1. Reports to the Team Leader/ foreman regarding daily work progress and trouble report completion.

2. To ensure proper operation of the kitchen appliances equipment throughout the hotel.

3. Performs end-user interactions frequently with guest requiring advice on equipment operation or status.

4. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers’ recommendation or/and as assigned.

5. To repair and installing new equipment, repairing leaks, maintaining settings on wiring controls, and replacing defective or old parts.

6. To maintain the spare partsinventory, as well as to ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained.

7. Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing

8. Log into the work order management system to find, accept, and complete the work requests

9. Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems

10. Perform other duties the supervisor may assign.

**EXPERIENCE**:Minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel industry
