Sales Executive

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless coordination and administrative support throughout the sales process. This position involves handling inquiries, preparing sales materials, maintaining customer records, and facilitating efficient communication between the sales team and clients. The Sales Coordinator is a key contributor to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Ensure a positive and professional client experience during interactions.
**Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor sales activities, track progress, and update sales pipelines.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist in processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory as needed.
- Handle documentation, contracts, and any other administrative tasks to support the sales process.
**Communication Liaison**:
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the organization.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, requests, and other sales-related matters.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential leads and gather information on industry trends.
- Assist in monitoring competitors and identifying areas for growth and improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles preferred.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
