SUPPLY CHAIN

**Primary purpose of job**
Responsible to the organization as a Warehouse Management Professional utilizing expertise in materials storage and

supply services for smooth materials issuing, receiving and storing functions, safety operations, staff training &
development. Adhere to all HSE requirements.

**Experience & Skills**
Plans, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of the warehouse team, plans and administers to enhance

warehouse efficiency and effectiveness maintaining a safe, clean and organized warehouse, safeguards inventories,

facilities and staff.

Plans, assigns, trains, supervises, delegates and reviews work assigned to employees engaged in receiving, inspecting,

stocking, storing, picking, issuing and returning supplies.

Reviews, set up min/max arrange as required for warehouse consumable items.

4.

Ensures all materials are properly received, inspected, and put away timely and accurately, perform annual physical

inventory count, analyzes results and develop process changes for improvement.

5.

Maintain all warehouse operations in compliance with safety procedures; ensure all hazardous materials are stored as per

MSDS classification and to be handled as per health and environmental procedures.

6.

Reviews, signs and keep registers for all warehouse non routine work.

7.

Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, calling, and arranging for repairs for warehouse equipment

and fixtures for safe and efficient operations.

8.

Assist in the budget planning for the annual OPEX and CAPEX projects.

9.

Make recommendations for effective use of warehouse space and resources.

10.

Carry out regular preservation/maintenance of materials and spares to limit deterioration.

**Education**
1.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
2.8 years of experience in an industrial function of which 5 years should be in materials, supply chain, and warehousing.

Preferably in solar power plants.

3.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

4.Competent in using SAP Warehouse Management System.
