**Your day to day**
As Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for all Customer service activities such as but not limited to handling guest queries and Restaurant Reservations, Ticket Conformation and Reservation, and general tourist knowledge. You will maintain detailed knowledge of key occurrences in the city including directions to key points of interests and special events, and provide all information pertaining to Hotel services and facilities.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a hotel environment with Front Office or Concierge supervisory experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong knowledge of local market and areas - Luxury and lifestyle experience is preferred - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
