Mep Draftman

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and drafting MEP systems for buildings, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems 1.
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the MEP systems are designed and installed correctly 1.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical drafting, drafting design, mechanical engineering, or similar 1.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a MEP drafter 1.
- Proficiency with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks 1.
- Excellent understanding of a range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components 1.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and health standards 1.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 1.
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills 1.
- The ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in MEP systems and best practices 1.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities 1.
- Consultant experience is a must
