**About the role**

F&B Porter is responsible to ensure that all Front of House areas are kept clean and in a sanitary manner. This will include clearing trays form tables after customers have left, sanitizing the tables thereafter, assisting the customers and working with the Ware Wash staff and removals of refuse. Responsibilities will also include the movement of goods and supplies to QDF, F&B locations around the terminal and help, where needed.

**Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure all cleaning and clearing activities are performed as per the Quality Assurance program & standards
- Ensure cleaning of all soiled tables utilizing the correct methods and materials
- Proper handling of dishwashing machine its operation, cleaning and filling
- Ensure highest standards and hygiene practices at all times
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of clean equipment to user departments as per flight schedules and production requirements
- Ensure detergents are used as per the requirements only and not wasted
- Ensure minimum or no breakage /damage of airlines equipment and proper report of breakage /damage in the shift is maintained

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- High school completion
- Up to 2 years’ experience with any reputable Hotel or Restaurant Chains preferred
- Working Knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices and Methods
- Understanding of working safely with chemicals and solutions
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices within a restaurant and Kitchen environment
- Extemporary Personal Hygiene & HACCP knowledge
