We have Paediatric Nurse opportunities at our Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Bristol. Bristol is a fantastic city, within easy reach of international airports and direct transport links to London. The journey time by train from Bristol to central London is 1.5 hours.

**Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, part of the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust**:
Bristol is a port city, with a strong maritime background and a population of over 700,000 people. Today, Bristol’s modern economy is built on creative media, IT and the electronics and aerospace industries. Bristol has been named the first British “European Green Capital” due to its work on recycling and towards making the city carbon-neutral and is regularly voted the best UK city to live and work in. Bristol is a laid-back, friendly city which is diverse and welcoming to newcomers. Bristol is known for its famous Suspension Bridge, it’s annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and for its buzzing harbour area, which has been redeveloped and is a hub for creative activities. Although a city, you can see the fields beyond the city from the city centre. It’s a large, bustling city without being too overwhelming.

The **Bristol Royal Hospital for Children **is paediatric hospital in Bristol, south west of England and is the only paediatric major trauma centre in the region. With 152 beds, it provides acute medicine and surgery, critical care, trauma, intensive care and accident and emergency services to the children of Bristol.

**A range of specialist services are provided including**:

- Accident and Emergency (A&E)
- Children’s and Adolescent Services
- Genetics
- Major Trauma
- Paediatric Intensive Care

**Interview Information**:
**As we are looking to deploy you quickly**, to be interviewed you must have passed your **IELTS or OET English language exam at Level 7 or level B** respectively. All Registered Nurses must also register with the UK’s Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and must take the **Paediatric (children’s path) CBT** test to be able to practice as a Paediatric Nurse in the UK:
