Doha, Qatar Facility Management and Maintenance Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Documentation, Creating/ developing new drawings, Polypiling in CAFM system, developing database, capturing changes from site vs available drawings, updating changes within base built etc. as per job description.

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Civil AutoCAD Drafting experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and standards.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in infrastructure, roads, or building design projects.
- Knowledge of GIS and BIM tools.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Excellent communications skills in English (both verbal and written), Arabic will be an advantage

Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information

Knowledge of specialized drafting, office software, 3D knowledge, design layout, as-built and shop drawings

Preferably have valid Qatar driving License to attend various sites

Excellent planning, and scheduling skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR10.00 per month
