Greeting visitors and solving their needs and direct accordingly.
- Exhibit a high level of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Managing queries and transferring calls to appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Interact with staff, executives, clients and visitors on daily basis.
- Coordinate and perform all administrative tasks.
- Preparing organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Answering phone calls and responding to mails.
- Keeping records and data entry in digital form.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Making or receiving calls to promote products or services.
- Providing customer support.
- Conducting market research.
- Gathering leads and producing sales.
- Documenting customer feedback.
