**Job Title**: Junior Pizza Chef

**Month Salary**: QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,200 plus FREE shared accommodation and transportation.

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. As a Junior Pizza Chef, you will assist in the preparation and creation of delicious pizzas in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to learn and develop your pizza-making skills while delivering exceptional taste and presentation to our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs in all aspects of pizza preparation, including dough making, stretching, topping selection, and cooking techniques.
- Execute the preparation and assembly of pizzas according to established recipes, ensuring high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Support the kitchen team in ingredient preparation, such as slicing vegetables, grating cheese, and preparing sauce.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to senior chefs, ensuring ingredients are replenished in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures, cooking times, and pizza quality to ensure optimal results.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper knife handling, equipment usage, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Take responsibility for personal growth and development by actively participating in training sessions and seeking feedback from senior chefs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns or special requests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in preparing pizza is required.
- Passion for pizza and a strong interest in developing pizza-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
