Doha, Qatar Inspire Management Training Center Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar.
- Actively generate new property listings in assigned communities and areas.
- Connect with landlords and property owners to assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income.
- Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market, property laws, and regulations in Qatar.
- Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in the Qatar real estate market.
- Proven performance track record in sales or leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Qatar.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid QID, QDL, and NOC.
- Specialized in Greater Doha with an existing network of landlord contacts (Al Sadd, Bin Mahmoud, Al Mansoura, etc.).
- Experience in prime locations such as The Pearl, Lusail, and West Bay.
- Specialized in residential resale and off-plan sales across Qatar.
