SUPPLY CHAIN

Primary purpose of job

Responsible for procurement and supply of materials and equipment from receipt of Purchase Requisition to the award of

purchase order and delivery for assigned Category Purchasing Groups to support QatarEnergy Oil and Gas Operations.

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, adherence to high ethical standards and ensuring compliance to QatarEnergy

Regulations, Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines, in the procurement process. Action emergency material

requirements. Support price estimation and risk management processes.

Experience & Skills
- Membership of international supply chain institutes is desirable.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in purchasing equipment and materials, preferably in an oil and gas environment.
- Knowledge of technical specifications and international standards for equipment and materials.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.

- University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or Business
