**Job overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation and management of the IB DP curriculum.
- Support and guide students, parents, and staff in all aspects of the DP journey.
- Lead professional development sessions for teachers and ensure adherence to IB standards.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment and promote academic excellence.
- Stay current with developments in IB teaching practices, attending professional development sessions as needed.

**Work Experience & Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 Years of DP Coordinator Experience including 5 Years of teaching experience in a IB School is required.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Teaching License or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Secondary Education, or a related field.
- International Baccalaureate experience an advantage as applicable.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
