- Als QA Officer voer je afwisselende opdrachten uit. Denk aan opdrachten waarbij je als QA Officer verantwoordelijk bent voor het bijhouden van het kwaliteitshandboek. Maar ook het geven van trainingen aan collega’s, het uitvoeren van audits en het onderzoeken van klachten behoren tot de werkzaamheden.
- Door jouw frisse blik merk je dat je al snel waarde toevoegt en steeds meer kan meedenken met procesverbeteringen en thema´s zoals duurzaamheid.

Een hbo
- of wo-diploma richting Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Food Quality Management of Food & Business;
- Relevante werk
- of stage-ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
- De bereidheid om maximaal 1 uur te reizen vanaf je woonplaats.

**Waar kom je te werken?**:

- Als Interim QA Officer word je onderdeel van het team van Yor-in maar werk je fysiek bij een van onze klanten. Dit zijn voornamelijk organisaties binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zoals Refresco, Stegeman, Mars, Upfield en Perfetti van Melle, maar ook bij kleinere familiebedrijven liggen de opdrachten voor je klaar.
- Op het moment dat één van onze klanten extra ondersteuning nodig heeft, nemen zij contact met ons op. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om een project, de vervanging van een medewerker die met zwangerschapsverlof gaat of door een belangrijke audit die eraan zit te komen.
- Gemiddeld werk je zo’n 9 maanden bij één bedrijf. Hierna zorgen Roy en Eline, onze Business Managers, voor een interessante, nieuwe opdracht die aansluit bij jouw ambities en ervaring.
- Ook gedurende de opdracht staan wij uiteraard voor je klaar. Vanuit Yor-in koppelen we je aan een Resource Manager (Jasper of Niki). Ze zijn er voor jou als persoon en komen uiteraard regelmatig bij je langs. Samen stellen jullie jouw leerdoelen op en zorgen zij voor professionele begeleiding. Ze denken mee over verdere opleidingsmogelijkheden en staan altijd klaar voor een goed gesprek.
