Job Purpose

Responsible for Undertaking a physical cycle count - warehouse-wise, physical audit for inbound & outbound items on daily basis, and preparing weekly basis inventory reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse.

Validating the daily inbounds/Outbound by RF (radio frequency) based on the documents provided and maintaining accuracy for both inbound & Outbound.

Performing RF cycle count on all stocks based on the schedules provided to him.

Reporting stock discrepancies to the inventory Controller/supervisor / Managers promptly.

Keeping and maintaining records of all stocks and materials in the organization.

Products wise Quality check in the warehouse ( any physical damages reported, pallet positions/wrappings)

Verification of empty locations on weekly basis.

Verification of expired or near expiry items at regular intervals.

Warehouse stage items check/inspection for location put away

Coordinating with team members and other internal departments of the organization.

communicate and coordinate disposition and removal of idle, excess, and obsolete stocks and maintain inventory accuracy

Job Requirements

Must have 1 year of inventory experience
