Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our holding group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our various businesses under the holding group. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the holding group and its businesses, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget for the holding group and its businesses.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors to develop targeted marketing messages.
- Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with the holding group's brand identity and standards.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a holding group or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Proficient in Adobe 365
- A good understanding of photography/videography

Additional information
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- Preferably Bilingual (Arabic/English) speaker.
- Can obtain NOC and change of sponsorship documents.
- You MUST submit a portfolio in order to be considered.

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: From QAR10,000.00 per month
