**About this role**
- Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role required, not all requirementsbelow will be mandatory for these positions:

- Responsible for reviewing and recommending quantum on complex change requests and claims.
- Will assist with programme analysis & tracking.
- Ensure management costs reports are properly prepared and that they accurately reflect the actual, and budget position of projects.
- Ensure the project work breakdown structure is regularly updated to reflect the budget and integrated cost report and cash flow.
- Analysing and reporting on consultants and contractors' cost reports, cash flows andmonthly and weekly reports.
- Will evaluate the Contractor’s extension of time requests and prepare recommendations to the management.
- Experience in procurement management and tendering procedures.
- To review and comment on bids and contract award recommendation reports.
- To effectively monitor and analyse the project cost, identify trends and recommendcorrective actions.
- To identify, develop, and improve procedures and systems for the section, department, and Company.
- To provide reports to senior management within Company about construction aspects of projects and the program.
- Responsible for assisting with delay/disruption analysis impact on complex changerequests and claims and where necessary preparing quantum.
- Work with project teams to establish the correct information in response to claims, reports and presentations.
- Review delay and disruption analysis in response to claims.
- Prepare claim and counter-claim register including “cause and effect” of all events inclaims logs.
- Provide assistance and advice in regard to the management of claims and disputes.
- Prepare progress and recommendation reports as required.

**What you need to bring**
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in major infrastructure project or programmes. experience with roads, aviation, structures or rail is preferable.
- Demonstrable record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects.
- In-depth knowledge of dealing with project claims and other contractual matters.
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
- University degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as Project Management, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent.
- Company client-side experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Company/Government processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.Desirable requirements
- Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferable.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience of working in Qatar or the Gulf region.
- Driving Licence
