Job Summary

The Secretary plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the organization. This role requires a level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Secretary is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
