**Department**
FIELD OPERATIONS (IDD EL-SHARGI)

**Primary purpose of job**
Implement QatarEnergy-IS Procedures/Guidelines, International and Company Standards to ensure services and materials

supplied meets or exceeds their stated performance standard.

Lead and manage QA/QC team and provide expertise to the overall Quality Management System to support proper and

smooth execution of all quality related activities in meeting specified standards and requirements.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in inspection and testing of equipment and materials.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant supervisory position.
- Charted Quality Professional Member (MQI) or Fellow status, or equivalent.
- International Register of Certificated Auditor (IRCA) registered Lead or Principle Auditor.
- Qualification in root cause analyses investigation into material or equipment failure, preferred.
- Knowledgeable on all technical aspects of onshore and offshore Oil & Gas industry including high level of understanding

of materials selection for sour service, structural, pipe welding procedures, non-destructive examination techniques and civil

engineering activities.

**Education**
Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering discipline.
