**Job Title: Junior Project & Commercial Support Executive**
**Location: Doha**
**Salary: 3000 QAR per month**
**Working Hours: 6 days/week, 10 hours/day**
**Duration: 6 months ( Extendable)**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project & Commercial Support Executive to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will assist with the planning and execution of projects, providing essential commercial and administrative support to ensure seamless project delivery. You will work closely with senior team members to manage schedules, monitor progress, and address client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Provide commercial support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Support the project team in tracking budgets, timelines, and project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including contracts and invoices.
- Help resolve issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining organized project files and records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a project or commercial support role (preferred).

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time, 6-day work week, 10 hours per day.
- This position is based on a 6-month contract.
