We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments and services designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Your dedication to providing personalized care and your expertise in various massage techniques will ensure our clients leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to established protocols and standards.
- Assess clients' individual needs and preferences to tailor treatments and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on post-treatment care.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the spa industry, including new treatment techniques and products.
- Promote spa services and retail products to clients, encouraging repeat visits and enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with other spa staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines, including proper sanitation procedures and client confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of spa therapy.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in performing a variety of spa treatments, with proficiency in massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skincare principles, with a focus on promoting holistic well-being.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help clients relax, unwind, and improve their overall health and happiness.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
