**Job Description : Cooling System Supervisor-Restaurant Background**

**Job Role**
- The Cooling System Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all cooling and refrigeration systems within the restaurants. This role ensures that all cooling systems are functioning optimally to maintain food safety, customer comfort, and overall operational efficiency. The Cooling System Supervisor will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and perform regular maintenance on all cooling and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and repair any issues related to cooling systems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment is operating within manufacturer specifications and health regulations.
- Supervise a team of cooling system technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of cooling systems.
- Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

**Job Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Restaurant Experience is Mandatory

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
