PROJECT SERVICES

**Primary purpose of job**:

- Analyses business problems in the context of business processes, business requirements, business scenarios, interfaces

and high level business architecture and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enable VP to achieve its

strategic objectives.
- Elicit, analyse, validate and communicate business requirements for automation and integration of business processes.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum qualifications, certifications, skills, and years of relevant experience required for acceptable job performance.
- Ten years (10) years experience in a business environment with specific exposure to Business Analysis. Four (5) years in

a senior position preferably in Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience in business process analysis, modelling, notation, process improvement methodologies, optimization

strategies. Exposure to Oil & Gas & Engineering Projects Environment.
- Extensive experience in Project Management with either PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and

documentation skills.
- A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
- Experience in managing and executing business analysis assignments as per projected scope, time and within planned

budgets.
- Excellent strategic and logical thinking, persuasion, negotiation, and decision making skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelors or Masters level degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
