Zawaya Real Estate has a great opportunity for an ambitious commercial real estate agent who has a successful track record of sales and satisfied clients. This person will be part of a talented and driven team that thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates initiative for creating new opportunities. We’re seeking a natural relationship builder who can deliver the highest standards of client service while contributing positively to the company’s bottom line.

**Objectives of this role**
- Be responsible for end-to-end management of commerical property rent, ensuring positive client experience
- Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all parties
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends

**Responsibilities**
- Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies
- Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings.
- Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
- Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection
- High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
- Valid driver’s license and car
- Experience as Commercial Real Estate consultant is mandatory.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
