**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to understand project requirements and develop scaffolding designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed scaffolding designs, including layout plans, load calculations, and structural analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the safety and stability of proposed scaffolding designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to scaffolding design and construction.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components for scaffolding systems, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of standard design templates, procedures, and guidelines to streamline the design process and improve efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and site visits as needed to support project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scaffolding design, with a strong understanding of scaffolding materials, components, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla Structures.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, such as OSHA, ANSI, and EN.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform structural analysis and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
- Extensive scaffold design experience with Ring lock, Cup lock and tube/fittings is essential
- The majority of previous working history with a scaffolding and access contractor inside an Industrial plant.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.

**Salary**: From QAR10,000.00 per month
