Element Details Education: Bachelor’s Degree or hold an equivalent professional qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years of GCC Travel Industry Experience in Leisure/MICE Operational/Sales/Customer Service at a senior level, selling Leisure products such as Cruises, Theme Parks, Coach Touring, Adventure, Car Rentals, Rail etc and creating exclusive MICE experiences. We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented Supervisor - Leisure & MICE in order to drive and expand our leisure products. The Supervisors responsibilities include introduction of new Leisure Products, manage day to day leisure inquiries, analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased,. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and need to be persuasive & able to build rapport with customers. Supervisor - Leisure & MICE is expected to be adept at negotiating terms with Suppliers and distributors and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal, written & Presentation Skills.
- Proven experience In Leisure & MICE Travel
- Fast learner and passion for Developing new products.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Language: English must, Arabic could be an advantage
- Mandatory NOC in Qatar for visa transfer for local hires
Detailed Job description:
To ensure contracts are finalized with Suppliers, DMC’s, TO’s & TMC’s to promote both Inbound & Outbound.
Targeting and gaining new business and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, within your geographical area.
To ensure efficient and effective operating standards for sales administration, planning and reporting systems.
Ensure all proposal documents are free from errors; professionally represent and that they address the client questions.
To work with and support large accounts and promote Personal Travel.
Maintain and develop close supplier relationship of new contracts.
Ensure the requirements of the Business Conduct Policy are fulfilled at all times.
Ensure that promises made by the team, or any member of the wider team are kept and commitments are honoured in an honest and responsible way.
Demonstrate an open mind by listening to people with different opinions.
Promote a professional image at all times.
Attend Industry Events, Products Presentations & Tourism Board trainings and meeting.
To support Manager Leisure & MICE.
