**Job description**
Required Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in using real estate contract management software or document management systems.
2. In-depth knowledge of real estate contract terminology, laws, and regulations.
3. Familiarity with local and state real estate laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements and fair housing laws.
4. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract drafting and review.
5. Ability to perform title searches using online databases and familiarity with title insurance requirements.
6. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software for contract creation, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
7. Understanding of real estate transaction processes and knowledge of standard forms and clauses used in real estate contracts.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence with clients & agent.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
10. Discretion and integrity to handle confidential and sensitive information related to real estate transactions.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
