As a Product Manager for our Furniture Showroom, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by managing the entire product life cycle. You will be responsible for curating a diverse and appealing furniture collection, ensuring that it aligns with our brand identity and meets the needs and preferences of our target customers. Your expertise in market analysis, product development, and inventory management will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

**Should have worked in Furniture industry for minimum 5 years and should have dealt with brands**

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Selection and Curation:

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with furniture trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Source and select a wide range of furniture products that cater to our showroom's target market and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize product offerings.
- Product Development and Design:

- Work closely with designers, manufacturers, and artisans to develop exclusive and unique furniture pieces.
- Oversee the design and development process to ensure product quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Develop product prototypes and conduct usability tests to gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for the showroom.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste, minimize stockouts, and manage storage costs effectively.
- Track product performance and sales trends to make data-driven decisions for reordering and restocking.
- Pricing and Profitability:

- Set competitive and profitable pricing strategies for each product category.
- Analyze sales performance and margins to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments or promotions.
- Marketing and Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide sales staff with comprehensive product training to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Customer Experience:

- Continuously assess customer feedback and reviews to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Implement improvements based on customer insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Budgeting and Reporting:

- Prepare and manage the product management budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Generate regular reports on product performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the furniture industry or related retail sector.
- Strong understanding of furniture design, manufacturing processes, and materials.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for market trends and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product development projects from ideation to launch.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software for reporting and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

**Salary**: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
