The right person for the job will be able to deliver high-quality lessons (there will be a small allocation of lessons to release Assistant Headteachers); they’ll be able to build professional trust as a senior leader; they’ll work well with our multicultural community. It will be essential to be flexible, positive, kind, and willing to lead change. They’ll also have the confidence to lead the primary school when deputising for the head.

**The successful applicant will**:

- be able to deliver high-quality lessons (there will be a small allocation of lessons to release Assistant Headteachers);
- be able to build professional trust as a senior leader;
- work well with our multicultural community. It will be essential to be flexible, positive, kind, and willing to lead change.
- have the confidence to lead the primary school when deputising for the head.
