**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Assistance**: Support the sales team in managing leads, preparing quotations, and tracking orders.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order entries, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and ensure order accuracy.
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to inquiries, provide updates on orders, and resolve client issues efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and reports.
- **Technical Support**: Offer basic guidance on electrical products and coordinate with technical teams for detailed solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical products.
