**Job Descriptions**:
At Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, we welcome individuals who are excited to join our unique wellbeing haven. Set to be Qatar’s largest wellness destination and the Middle East’s first wellbeing resort, located in Khasooma, a private coastal location at the north of Qatar.
**JOB RESPONSBILITIES**:
Teach and coach individual guests and groups in Yoga, and tailor the exercises to fit their individual needs and levels.
Help guests use Yoga to promote their overall health, improve muscle tone and strength, and achieve better posture.
Use the right coaching and communication methods to motivate the guests and keep them engaged.
Work closely with the Fitness team and conduct one on one Yoga sessions.
Observe guests’ and inform them of corrective measure necessary for skill improvement. Advise guests on maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
Conduct different Meditation sessions for individuals and groups.
Conduct different Breathing sessions for individuals and groups.
Conduct Restorative Yoga for guests based on their physical and mental conditions.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
400 hours Certificate from a respectable Yoga institution
Yoga Alliance Certification (preferred)
Experience conducting both group classes and one on one sessions
Experience conducting Meditation sessions for individuals and groups.
Experience working in a Health and Wellness environment is a plus
Experience working in the Hospitality sector is a plus
Knowledge in Anatomy and physiology
Experience working with multicultural teams
