As a storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory in a warehouse environment. Your primary tasks will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the store or warehouse. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or invoices.

2. Unload, unpack, and inspect goods for damage or defects.

3. Label and store items in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

4. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or manual tracking systems.

5. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages or excesses.

6. Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.

7. Collaborate with procurement or purchasing teams to reorder stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.

8. Handle the team inquiries and requests related to inventory availability or product information.

9. Follow proper safety protocols for handling hazardous materials or equipment.

10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store or warehouse, adhering to health and safety standards.

11. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning shelves or equipment, to ensure proper functioning.

12. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses to management.

13. Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

14. Train and supervise junior storekeepers or warehouse personnel, if required.

**Requirements**:
1. University graduate; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role in a warehouse setting.

3. Familiarity with inventory management software and proficiency in using computer systems for recordkeeping.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track and manage inventory.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items or inventory.

7. Solid mathematical skills for inventory calculations and reconciliations.

8. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and handle the team inquiries.

9. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for handling inventory, including hazardous materials.

10. Problem-solving abilities to address inventory discrepancies or operational issues.

11. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

12. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
