RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to digital marketing initiatives for our flag carrier client including campaign management, customer segmentation and personalization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and interface specifications as well as non-functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Prepare comprehensive test cases and support the digital marketing team in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions
- Lead and mentor other business analysts as part of a distributed team fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive successful project outcomes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the digital marketing team addressing inquiries, analyzing issues and facilitating communication with project teams to drive resolution and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize your strong communication skills to present findings, consult with stakeholders and negotiate solutions, driving consensus and alignment on project requirements and deliverables
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions with user story creation, team coordination, project scope tracking and managing requirements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing cloud technologies providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant business analysis experience preferably in the digital marketing domain
- Digital Marketing /Marketing Cloud knowledge
- Fundamental knowledge of software engineering and architecture principles with the ability to understand and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation
- Good analytical skills and able to foster teamwork among team members
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies
