Payroll Coordinator

**Job Objective**
- Ensure that continuous support is provided Payroll Team for the smooth functioning of the Crew Payroll Process.
- Handle other administrative tasks assigned.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Update employee information in the system (eg bank details)
- Update reimbursement and/or payment details in the system
- Process payroll information timely in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with governmental or legal compensation requirements;
- Performs data collection and directed analysis in conjunction with any payroll-related inquiries;
- Reconcile Payroll Run results with respective accounts every month.
- Keep close to all accounting activities as per the Milaha process.
- Maintain records and filing system for the payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, payroll reports
- Investigate employee or manager inquiries by means of liaising with staff and management on payroll-related queries;
- Generate payroll register for Crew & Divers
- Ensure bank queries, related to returned funds, etc., are addressed on time.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or HR - Payroll
- 2 - 4 years in payroll, accounting, or related field
- Strong Knowledge of payroll administration processes and procedures
- Knowledge of payroll systems maintenance and report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
