SAP B1

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Application Support**:

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP B1, addressing user queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain SAP B1 systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Handle the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP B1 modules as per business requirements.
- Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide training and guidance on best practices.
- **SAP CCO Integration**:

- Manage and support the integration of SAP Customer Checkout (SAP CCO) with SAP Business One.
- Ensure seamless data flow between SAP CCO and SAP B1, addressing any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance integration processes and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- **System Management**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of SAP B1 upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for the maintenance and support of integrated systems.
- **User Training & Support**:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP B1 and SAP CCO functionalities.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users in navigating the system.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, ensuring they are utilizing the system effectively.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and procurement, to support their SAP B1 needs.
- Liaise with external consultants and vendors to manage and optimize SAP B1 and SAP CCO integrations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on system enhancements and new initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP Customer Checkout (SAP CCO) integration with SAP B1.
- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, particularly finance, sales, and procurement & inventory
- Proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports for SAP B1.
- Experience with SAP B1 SDK and development tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SAP B1 HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems or integration platforms.
- Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems.
