- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, Camera, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Maintain IT equipment Master Data
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time using the ticketing tool and resolving the cases within agreed SLA.
- Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including VLAN and Ethernet.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Proven success in an IT role in Qatar for at least 1 year.
