Our team of skilled nurses, midwives, and caregivers is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and providing peace of mind to their families. We are seeking a reliable Supervisor (woman) to join our team and oversee the accommodation facilities and ensures that the nursing staff follows the rules and regulations of the company.

Compliance and Rule Enforcement:

- Collaborate with management to establish and implement rules and protocols for the nursing staff.
- Monitor and ensure that the nursing team adheres to these rules and follows established procedures and guidelines.
- Report any non-compliance or violations to the appropriate authorities or management for further action.
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate the nursing staff about rules, policies, and best practices.

Staff Supervision:

- Keep a watchful eye on the nursing team's performance and behavior to maintain a professional and compassionate work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to the nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by the nursing team promptly and professionally.

Proven experience in accommodation management, supervision, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 per month
