**Responsibilities**:

- Assess Instrumentation performance and recommend improvements for system optimization.
- Develop models and design components for automated systems.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle management activities for instrumentation systems.
- Design, install, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems in industrial settings.
- Conducting calibration, testing and maintenance of systems.
- Configuring automated, electrical systems and processes.
- Designing, developing and maintaining control systems.
- Designing and supervising installation, wiring and signal conditioning.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and manuals for instrumentation systems.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in instrumentation technology and recommending improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in managing end-end construction activities of ELECTRICAL projects.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, control systems, complex systems and mathematics.
- Experience with projects related to QATAR ENERGY is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or in a related Engineering discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Project Management skills, including the ability to manage the project.
- Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
- Extensive knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in the design.
- Familiar with Industrial/International Codes and Standards.
- UPDA Certified will be an added advantage.
- **#**_**Experience related to **_**Qatar Energy **_**projects is a must.**
