**Job Purpose**
- Prepares and serves products in the Butchery/Fish/Meat section as per standards of display, maintenance, and orderliness.
- To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section
**Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge**
- HSE grade with an aptitude for the role or SCC with role specific certification with a minimum of 1 year experience in food retail/ F&B in the role of a butcher
- Good communication skills in English language. Basic reading & writing in English is a must
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage
**Key Dimensions and Related Job Results**
- Achievement of section sales target
- Preparation of standard sized portions and cuts: trim, debone, ties, roast, mince marinate. Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies & burgers
- Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers
- Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage, and shrinkage
- Hygiene & Sanitation and good preparation practices
- Proper handling of tools and equipment
- Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor

**Salary**: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,300.00 per month
