The fishmonger is responsible for preparing, selling, and providing excellent customer service regarding fish and seafood products. This role involves handling fresh seafood, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, answer questions about seafood products, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Product Preparation**: Clean, fillet, and prepare various types of fish and seafood for display and sale.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure the freshness of products.
- **Display Maintenance**: Arrange seafood displays attractively and ensure that products are properly labeled and priced.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Promote special offers and new products to customers to increase sales.
