**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support**: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve Zoho-related issues.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Design and configure reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Analytics and other reporting tools.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using Zoho's automation tools like Zoho Flow and Deluge.
- **Project Management**: Lead and manage Zoho-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, workflows, and user guides.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in business process mapping and solution design.
- Prior experience in customer support and training is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Zoho's platform and related modules.
- Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom development.
- Familiarity with API integrations, third-party apps, and automation tools like Zoho Flow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Zoho consultation: 3 years (required)
- Zoho CRM: 3 years (required)
