We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and creative Assistant Head Teacher for Upper Primary who would like the opportunity to work in a progressive and student-centered Primary School.

**Typical responsibilities include**:

- To help lead the school in the policies and practices of continuous school improvement and staff development in relation to Primary.
- To play a major role in the development of high quality teaching and learning in the Primary school
- To lead, motivate, support, challenge and develop staff to secure the highest standards and expectations
- Contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school

**Job specification:

- Have excellent classroom practice
- Have knowledge in UK Curriculum
- Have experience teaching second language speakers would be advantageous
- Encourage and foster a teaching environment which is built on respect, inspiration and motivation
- Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
