The ELV Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various ELV systems within a construction or infrastructure project. ELV systems typically include but are not limited to structured cabling, CCTV, access control, public address, and audiovisual systems. The ELV Engineer works closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ELV systems according to project specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and engineer ELV systems based on project requirements, industry standards, and regulations.

Prepare technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and documentation for ELV systems.

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to integrate ELV systems into overall project designs.

Conduct site surveys to assess existing infrastructure and gather information for system design and installation.

Select and specify appropriate equipment, materials, and components for ELV systems.

Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for ELV system installations.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to procure equipment and materials for ELV systems.

Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system installation and operation.

Conduct system testing, verification, and performance evaluations to ensure functionality and reliability.

Provide technical support and training to clients, end-users, and maintenance staff.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in ELV systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ELV systems, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, public address, and audiovisual systems.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NFPA, IEC, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
