**Job Scope**:
The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on solutions and services provided by Information & Communication Technology in various industry sectors related to Cyber Security solutions. S/He designs, configure, tests and implements projects while training and overseeing the team.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Technical and Operations**
- Design, configure and customize solutions provided to clients as requested and validated by internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop technical specifications related to Cyber Security solutions and achieve final consensus;
Manage upgrade and programming exercises and implementations;
- Develop and complete proper internal documentation and update existing ones when and as necessary;
- Conduct on-site Technical Training;

- Promote a professional image of the company and the professional services function at all times;

**Talent Development**
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Cybersecurity experience in F5 or Fortinet technology
