Is Coordinator

**Role: IS Coordinator**
- Work as the focal point for coordinating IS and RLP requirements or follow-ups for RLP Project.
- Track and consolidate project timelines, updates, and schedules.
- Track and consolidate weekly/monthly reports, IS Score cards, etc., by coordinating with all Sections within and outside the IS Department.
- Coordinate with project owners to ensure projects are timely executed.
- Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Analyze project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.

**Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Must have excellent written/oral /computing and communication skills for reports and presentations.
- Must have experience in IT projects.
- PMP Project Management Professional Certification, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience performing project management role on complex projects
- Adequate knowledge of IT security, controls & Network infrastructure, with some IT planning experience.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Experience in managing an IS Portfolio or Project Management Office
- Proficient with project management related software/ tools.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.

Pay: From QAR12,000.00 per month
