JOINT SERVICES OPERATIONS

Primary purpose of job

The Fuel Officer is responsible for onsite control of bulk management (fuel, water, other bulk) processes in relation to

marine & aviation logistics. In particular Fuel Officer has to focus on fuel consumption control, fuel & water H&S delivery

processes, storage conditions, delivery and metering in strict accordance with international fuel & water quality control

regulations for all Offshore Operating Companies (OOC’s), including QatarEnergy.

Experience & Skills
- 2 years’ experience in fuel handling process.
- 2 years’ experience in cost control supervision.
- Skilled in control of aviation and marine fuel delivery process including H&S requirements
- Skilled in control of other bulk (water, dry bulk) offshore delivery process
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with Joint Venture shareholders
- Fluent in English, good communication skills

Education
- Diploma in technical field
